Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by RideGatget for every product in our store.
When you receive a product with low quality or being damaged, you can contact us to resolve these problems. Then you will be able to keep the item and agree on partial refund, or request a full refund and return the item (the buyer pay the shipping costs).
The following situations are not included:
- An item you claim that is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
- Items are just as described, but you no longer want them.
Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests
- You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after the order is completed.
